I wouldn’t. I don’t care if Collins is like pele with his feet. We need him to make saves and as least mistakes as possible. He should be nowhere near the starting line up.

If Collins stays in the box then that’s an option. I’ve said Collins is at fault for running out but the ball dropped by Kitching and he should have dealt with it. It’s my opinion.

You’re right but it’s about momentum. A couple of wins led to 9 out of 10. 2 defeats on the spin can do the same but if we bounce back Wednesday then we can point to it being better teams and not form.

Mathematically it’s not a must win but it is a must win if we want to get back in control of playoffs. we’ve got to stop playing Collins and stop conceding 2 goals a game.

I agree it muddies the water and with Collins coming it, it confuses kitch but in the first part of this, it’s kitchings to deal with. Collins shouldn’t have ran out but if kitch smashes that into the stands or something, it’s dealt with.

He’s not faultless but I disgree. It’s kitchings to deal with

100% I don’t rate Collins as much as the next fan and he shouldn’t have come racing out. It was Kitchings to deal with. Bang it into row Z or whatever, it’s his to deal with.

I was one of them, fine to admit. At the time, it looked that way and they’ve proven me and others wrong. Happy days

    Horrible Feeling...

Whatever happens, it’s been a bonus and I’m gasping to see how Lamps shapes the squad over the summer. Signing a player like Grimes tells us a lot

    Horrible Feeling...

I keep saying “welll struggle in the playoffs”. It there’s no point in worrying about it until we are in - same as about being ready for the premier league. I don’t fancy Sheff U, Leeds or Burnley but I do fancy turning over Sunderland but it would be a tough one if they beat us. but then...

Equally, we could be confirmed in playoffs by the time we get to Boro. Take it 1 game at a time. It’s great to have something to play for at this point, rather than mid table and on the beach

To still be 5th after this round of games is decent. Results have gone our way and even been lucky that teams around us had tough fixtures. it does look like the race to 5th and 6th will go down to the wire.

Match Thread Sheffield United - Coventry City Match Thread - Friday 28th Mar

Worldie free kick, can’t save them BUT it was a shit foul to give. MVE was behind Thomas so no need to foul Hamer. 2nd goal was a good first time finish from Campbell but again, should have cut it out beforehand. 3rd goal, we got stretched. We had large amounts of time with the ball but can...

Well, we were competitive but they were clinical. Worldie free kick from a poor foul. Too many off their game but I think we just have to acknowledge they were better in every department. Chalk it off and go again against Burnley. Fingers crossed Dovin isn’t as bad as it looks
