Decent little player on FM23 tbf. Looks like Aberdeen fans are happy.

    Gyokeres

I wouldn't have Chris Wood over Gyok, but that's purely based on the way we have tailored our play to Gyok and his importance on and off the ball, a completely different player to Chris Wood who wouldn't give you what Gyok does. I hope Mark and Adi have a solution in mind for when inevitably...

    Gyokeres

In your opinion. Chris Wood is captain for his country, with 60 Premier League goals. Gyok has never played in the Premier League, has a year left on his contract at a Championship club, who is tailoring their play to the player himself, there is no guarantee that teams will build their style...

    Hamer

Bang on this. Hamer is integral to CCFC, I am not keen on breaking the wage structure, but I'd be more flexible in doing so to tempt Hamer to stay.

I think that's a fair price for Gyok. Minus %age that Brighton and any other former club receive from the sale, the remainder needs to be divided 60/40 between playing salary and infrastructure / club finances.

    Corporate Season tickets/Executive boxes

What I don’t understand is the numerous people on Twitter and I’m sure elsewhere who are berating the Club for their decision, yet aren’t even fans who would purchase boxes anyways. It baffles me, Dave who is 19, sits in Block 14 is complaining about boxes costing more. There’s no relevance to...

This decision from Doug is sounding even better now.

    Corporate Season tickets/Executive boxes

Expectations this season have to be realistic, things are likely to be very different, potentially our two best players could be sold, normally you would say that's fine, bring in like for like, but replacing Gyok and Hamer could prove to be a very difficult task. Just because we finished in...

    Corporate Season tickets/Executive boxes

Sorry GIMOC I don't agree here. Investing in the infrastructure is hugely important for the club, the staff at the club have been working at a disadvantage for years under SISU. As fans we cannot keep expecting owners to finance transfers. If/when Gyokeres is sold we will have plenty of funds...

    Gyokeres

Not really. Joao Pedro had a contract with Watford running up until 2028. He's younger than Gyokeres by four years. Brighton have had to pay a premium for the player. We won't get anywhere near that for Gyokeres as a comparison.

    Corporate Season tickets/Executive boxes

As a club if we have been selling ourselves short in these areas for a number of years, then we should be aiming to bring these prices in line with our competitors in the Championship. Could this have been done gradually with better communication, so that interested parties had more time to...

Just trying to engage people in a positive topic of signing players, whether we will sign any of the aforementioned players or anyone else remains to be seen. The transfer window for me is like being a young kid at Christmas, allow me to dream.

According to Sky Sports a number of Championship clubs are interested in signing Newcastle winger Ryan Fraser on loan next season. Probably a bit out of our price range, but worth a punt?

I think Newcastle will want to Anderson around, but if they were willing to loan him out I would be keen.

Would be very good option at RWB/RB. 32 apps & 1 goal for QPR last season. Man United do have an option of a further year, but that's not been triggered yet.

Some players out of contract this summer, what's peoples thoughts (data taken from Transfermarkt)? Ethan Laird (RB) Rhys Healey (ST) Nathan Ferguson (RB/CB) George Cox (LB) Matty Longstaff (CM) Andre Green (LW/RW) Steven Sessegnon (RB) Lewis Gibson (CB) Hayden Roberts (CB) I have looked at a...

    Gyokeres

I don't think it will be that easy. Do Brighton or his previous club in Sweden have a sell on clause? Giving Robins £17m really doesn't make sense, a %age of the funds should be invested into improving the infrastructure of the club or the academy, with the remainder being available for...

Take £15-£18m for him and reinvest it. This day has been coming.

It's not just Football, it happens in all sports. For me its very believable that Gyok and his agent have spoken to Sporting.
