I'll be really disappointed if I fall asleep before the game has finished 😂

Nobody knows what will happen this season let alone next season. Backing for us? King could have brought in a lot of money by selling players before this season started but we added more quality and kept everyone we wanted to. That's why I was so confident we would have a big season this season...

To be fair the Wrexham supporters are more grounded than the Brummies. You will always get a few that expect too much or expect a bad season but most are expecting to lose tonight.

These days it's easier to stay up once you establish yourself. Most seasons you watch the same clubs go up then down. Gate receipts don't mean much now.

Couldn't have put it better 🤣 While we have a minimum 3 points lead over 2nd and a massive GD to go with it we should relax and enjoy the season. We will most probably never see another season like it again.

If we lose tonight we will still be top of the table after the weekend games whatever the other results are. Middlesbrough are away to Watford. Watford are better than the league position suggests. Stoke v Bristol City is 5th v 4th. Charlton are in 6th and we have 50% more points than them...

It's unrealistic to expect any of our players to not make mistakes. But some seem to think they should be perfect every game. Not even the top players in the world are faultless.

We've conceded 1 more goal than two sides. We've conceded less than the other 21 sides. There's sides that have conceded more than double that we have. Can you imagine how well we would be doing if we had a couple of decent CB's? We might even be clear at the top of the table by 3 points and...

    Championship thread 25/26!

I'm not sure where I stand with this. Wrexham are not very good in defence. They've 'only' scored 16 goals in 12 games but that's the same as Middlesbrough and only 4 sides have scored more. Only 4 sides have conceded more goals and 3 of them are in the bottom 3. I wouldn't change too much. I...

He is easily good enough for the Championship. Our defensive record shows this.

They were outplayed by Middlesbrough and got a point. Middlesbrough have only won 3 out of their last 8 games. Wrexham are not very good defensively. There's only 4 sides that have conceded more goals. We're the top scorers by miles. I wouldn't be confident if I was them either.

There isn't a player at our club that hasn't been a target on here for not being good enough. Even Grimes was supposed to only pass backwards and sideways and slow down our attacks. What you have done is ignore all the good things a player has done and picked up on what happened against a side...

The rest of our defence must be amazing then. We've only conceded 3 goals since August. That's an average of 0.375 goals against per game. We've just broke our record by not conceding a goal for 613 minutes. We're on a run of 6 wins on the bounce. Best ever start to a season. The reason...

Other than the Hollywood link and the amount of money they have spent they are just an average Championship side. Stop their average striker and you stop Wrexham.

    Without Rudoni …..

Sakamoto pulls defences apart with his trickery and got a good goal last game. I'd be looking elsewhere for a player to be dropped.

    Without Rudoni …..

The last time we let in more than 1 goal was in August. We're nearly in November. We've only conceded 3 goals since August. What we do keep hearing is we're the best side our opponents have seen all season.

    Without Rudoni …..

So Rudoni would play LW or replace a player doing well when not match fit?

    Without Rudoni …..

I'm not so sure. Lampard has shown the players that if they play well they keep their place in the team. But if the choice is Allen or Rudoni he will be in the side.

We played him as a lone striker when Wright was injured. Now his roles have given him freedom in and around the box. He isn't expected to beat players before getting a shooting chance now and has become a much better player. I still wouldn't want to see him leading the attack like before.
