    If both were available ...

Butts for doing a pre/post match Craven Street crawl wins it for me. For the club having any long term ambition in higher divisions then it can only be the Ricoh

Your Bad Days At A Match

In the 70s, HR was always a popular target for the London clubs. Easy to get to from Euston with the 'shag-your-women, drink-your-beer' mind set. Many times saw the West End terrace full of polished heads wearing Chelsea scarves. Any city chants were usually quickly snuffed out. Not an enjoyable...

If his Swedish ex-Mrs had swung a golf club with something like his accuracy, he's have been 6ft under years ago.

Sunderland fans forum - post match

This animosity isn't going to go away anytime soon and I can see morons from all over who don't support either team, descending on the stadium to crack heads when we next cross paths be it next season or further on. Certainly won't be an away game I'll be tempted to go to. If Feyernord 'fans'...

Sunderland fans forum - post match

Tobyfair, Tottenham tried very hard to send us down on that final game if the season. But for Oggy in world class form, we'd have got beaten on the day. Don't recall Middlesboro fans constantly going on about Coventrys late kick off on that day. They were in the same boat as Blunderland where...

Match Thread Chances of Making The Playoffs

We currently aren't good enough for the Championship and need another season in League 1 to improve our squad plus sorting out all the crap with the stadium. Fisher has already said we can't afford to go up and, for once, he may be right given SISU's break even policy.

Well, I live in Norwich so I wont be voting for Duggins.

    Thing being thrown at Sunderland

Yeah. The game where we equalised right at the end through the loanee, Juan Sara, after taking a royal hammering all game, some bright twat on the shelf above us kicked a seat off its moorings and threw it over the edge and into the SBA. Could have killed somebody but fortunately missed everybody.

    CRFC vs Nottingham

Hasn't changed then ! Went there a very very long time ago and it was full of partisan supporters of a working class nature. As said above, a proper club with a hostile atmosphere to their opponents

    Thing being thrown at Sunderland

Some years ago, Norwich completely redeveloped the Barclay End and, despite appeals from the home fans, put the away fans in the upper tier. First league game of the season at Carroe Road was against us. Sorry to say that a large amount of bottles and general detritus was lobbed over the edge...

    Rip Tommy smith

Trying to think of who it was that begged the ref to send himself off after fouling Tommy Smith. The promised revenge 'tackle', would have been career ending ! Might have been Jimmy Greaves but I'm not sure.

    So it begins....

Yes. The Bristol fans travelled in a mass of large numbers at roughly the same time and clogged the motorway network around Birmingham at rush hour. Hence thousands arriving late so The WMP decided to delay kick off for obvious safety reasons. I've tried telling that to various Sunderland fans...

    Danny Rose

David Batty didn't like football but just happened to be rather good at it so made a good living out of it. Not everybody is/was as enthusiastic about playing the game as, for example, Paul Gascoine.

    Neil Warnock / Cardiff

MOTD pointed out that Willian, after he took the corner, obstructed the line of vision of the lino. Even so, surely the ref could have seen that offside for himself.

    Ipswich away next year?

Despite being a closet Canaries follower, I like Port-a-potty Road. Been there a number of times and I reckon it's one of the best grounds outside the Prem.
