Just spit-balling here. There's an assumption (from me and likely others) that Lampard wants to keep Rudoni. Seems an obvious view as he's been very good. But maybe, just maybe, he doesn't fit Frank's tactical plan - perhaps any sale would be with his blessing if it means a different type of...

I actually think FL will revert to Simms up top after the first few games. Wright just doesn't seem to have 'it' when playing up top. Didn't under Robins in those first dozen matches, and aside from Sunderland at home, he hasn't under Lampard.

Even I could have scored it. The difference is, I'd never have been in the right place to do it in the first place.

Just been watching Simms on the stream post-match, and he looks thoroughly dejected.

Simms should have scored a couple more, that's clear, but he gets in the right position. If he finds his form, he'll be lethal - unfortunately it's deserted him for just over a season.

He picked the ball up when it went out of play, then dropped it for KKH to take the throw. I think that counts.
