    Sheffield Wednesday Fan Banned

Well that term is hardly the sum total of my thoughts on what he did, I didn't feel I needed to expand on that. I'm perfectly fine with those who might argue that the punishment he received personally wasn't sufficient. I am commenting on this odd modern day phenomenon where people want to go...

    Sheffield Wednesday Fan Banned

I had no intention of looking up his business until it was being discussed how many employees he might have so I did a quick 30 second check. The criticism btw was the suggestion that people should go after his business to take it down. That's weird behaviour. The guy fucked up. Complete...

So what? Even if he has 3 employees (which the company does according to CH having just checked), why would you bring those people into it? If I was punished every time I'd worked for a boss who was a twat, I'd be even more fucked than I am now.

Why would you even consider that? That company might have employees and families that are dependent. Condemn the man by all means, but no need for that. Of course, I am aware that you didn't post it so fine, but odd this has even been raised tbh.

    Season tickets for 2024/2025 season

Always confuses me that. It's about the hardest place to buy a ticket. I know there are some seats reserved at the bottom for players families, but always empty seats everywhere in blocks 2 and 3 yet none available before every game. Sure some will become available on seat release day though.

    Season tickets for 2024/2025 season

Not sure I get this fuss over the FZ. Usually very vocal about treating fans with respect and keeping prices down, but this seems entirely sensible. I've just spent £1300 on STs. In the FZ it would have been £700. Had I chosen that option I would have understood it came with conditions, it would...

    Are People Moving?

Yeah, they set it up in the middle block of the balcony, but still used the rest of it so a minimal loss of seats.

    Are People Moving?

True, i renewed earlier than I normally would for that reason, but I was only able to do that as I downgraded from PLP to standard season ticket. If I'd not done that I'd have had to email the club. Couple of people I go with looking to move and renew PLP and are waiting for a reply before...

    Are People Moving?

Decided to move from 16 to 11, wanted to get together with a few people who are buying for the first time for a few seasons, plus didn't want to risk a possible crack down on standing in block 16. SC will simply extend behind the goal, so could be great potentially. On that note, really hope...

    2005-06 ST prices.

Yes, or priority to buy seats of other season ticket holders that have not reserved their seats for the game, and there are usually loads of those.

    2005-06 ST prices.

They'll all be praising him for getting it right. Had he hiked them £100, they'd have praised him for getting it right. Our ST prices are fair, hope there is a big take up. Our matchday prices are about the most expensive in the league, so hope they come down a touch.

    Season tickets for 2024/2025 season

Not sure what the issue is here. If season tickets as low as £50 are made available, they should be used, and if not, made available to others. When you buy a ST, you don't buy the seat, you but the right to admission 23 times a season. Forgo that, and the club should make that available to...

They are just normal seats. Was in safe standing at wolves and seats actually quite comfy when I parked my backside at half time.

    safe standing 2024

Who sits at a concert? Genuinely never seen that, and you can still sit with a safe standing barrier. Shouldn't really make a difference. There must be a reason though, so perhaps.

    safe standing 2024

Same here. Last 15 seasons we've played at CBS I've been in block 16 and always stood. Like it there. If they clamp down will have to move, but possible that safe standing will have sold out by then. Tough one, but I get the feeling everyone will continue to stand in any case.

    safe standing 2024

Moaning or asking questions? That's all I am seeing. Either way, good. A fanbase full of sycophants that question nothing is a fanbase destined to be screwed over eventually.

People already stand in parts of 17 and 18

    safe standing 2024

Not really what people are saying though. They asked fans where the area should be, they overwhelming said 14-16, so they put it somewhere else. People are simply questioning the logic behind that. Nobody is frothing at the gills over it.

    Family zone ticket exchange

Not surprised. Even for the 'sold out' games against Wednesday, Swansea, Leicester and Leeds, there were empty seats everywhere in that section, far more so than other parts of the ground. None of those games were on a school night. Clearly a lot of abuse of the pricing.

    safe standing 2024

This is a bit odd. If they continue to turn a blind eye to standing in block 16 then not that arsed. If they start to clamp down, then guess I'd have to move, but don't fancy having to give seat up for cup games and quite like where I sit. Guessing everyone will still stand in any case.
