I'm sure the Michelin judges will be resetting their criteria immediately. "I shat myself immediately and my ring burned for three days! Three stars!"

I think the main draw for tax revenues should be when money is transferred from one entity to another. Trouble is you have so many loopholes of different types of organisations that can avoid that by being allowed to be tax free, like certain trusts, charities etc. If you want to fix that then...

And part of the spending more and getting less for services is down to increase levels of the use of private companies in public sector areas. If part of what you pay has to go into someone else's pocket as profit, is it any surprise that you get less for your money? And that's without taking...

Wembley? Spurs used it as their home ground didn't they? If not somewhere in the US like the Rose Bowl?

And it was wrong. We should have learnt by now. And it's Native Americans, not American Indians. They're not Indians.

I agree. A lot of our economic measures are at best of limited use, in some cases completely misleading. One of the first things I'd put in my manifesto is that I would be introducing what is effectively a 'report card' for various things including but not limited to health (physical and...

We've been that for a little while now with DC pensions etc, but the trouble with that is it will have an horrific lag - decades probably. And even then a lot of the problem is noone having the nerve to do it, or suggest it, due to the political fallback.

To be honest the triple lock is one thing we could get rid of. As long as it increases with inflation then that's acceptable.

Far more likely to be waiting to see how many points to deduct to not fuck them over. Giving them a points deduction making it look like they're punishing them, but making sure it doesn't impact their season and get them mired in a legal battle.

The point re civil war was mainly about Reform potentially getting in and making those cuts (while they will undoubtedly massively slash taxes, especially for the rich) and at that point civil war becomes a more frightening prospect. My main point was that we have had Starmer and many Tories...

Certainly no blame can be attributed to the father. He did nothing illegal and his son was a grown man who should be responsible for himself. What I will say though is that if you bring a child up in a household where guns are considered acceptable, even necessary, that child is far more likely...

"Real austerity" would put the economy in massive trouble. For a start that many people losing jobs means you've now got those people on benefits while not getting ta from their wages. Those people will also not have money to spend and so private businesses will contract, cutting further jobs...

So I assume you therefore think Corbyn was very harshly treated by Labour in the anti-semitism row then? I also think you should up the IHRA definition of anti-semitism. I think you'll find at least some of what you've written qualifies. And don't forget to ask Netanyahu who pretty much says...

I've been thinking this myself, but how long has farage shown he's nothing but a grifter and yet still gained popularity. Same with Trump in the US - should be obvious to everyone what he is yet he still got in. Then after that first term and what happened he still managed to get elected again...

TBF most were saying "let's wait and see what their motives are." And I hope you'll be as quick to point out the error of people's assumptions next time a terrorist attack immediately blamed on Islamic terrorists turns out not to be.
