I think you misunderstood, Some pilots qualifications were gained at a far lower pass rate than others. So they may have gained the qualification, when others of a similar standard or higher, would of failed. That's what was being alleged.

Well if one group of pilots is allowed to qualify when another group would of failed, is that acceptable. Just to clarify. Not all black pilots are under qualified, this is down to the pass rate (allegidly) being lowered to allow less capable black pilots to pass their exams who would...
