I am not asking ACL to compromise. Just talk but don't sign any deal until the JR is dropped the amount agreed by the FL is paid. I don't understand why that can't be done. ACL would still get their way but in the meantime we discover whether a deal is realistic or not.

Schmee how do you know that that is not been considered. SISU wouldn't drop it in order to have talks. However you can bet your bottom dollar they will use it within the talks. Every businessman would.

Yes mate, I get your point However, I just think talks should not be dependant on Money paid upfront. Have the talks whilst the FL take their usual snail pace. Agree that whatever sum the FL agree? if that is paid the negotiated deal gets signed, Simples if offer is genuine :)
