    Replacing McNulty

Keep seeing Crouch's name mentioned in various places, where has that come from? Can't imagine he'd be interested in coming here or we'd be able to afford him.

Bids for McNulty / McNulty to Reading

Exactly, I keep an eye out for the kids who have come through our academy and move on but when a player comes in for one season and then moves on who cares what happens to them next.

    Fixture clashes....

I'll ask you the same question again seeing as you didn't answer. If they intend to move the games to Sundays why announce them for Saturdays? Our fixtures came out weeks ago, its not like its taken them by surprise.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Will obviously have to wait until the white paper is published but the initial details seem to indicate remainers will be the happier with the proposal. Seems to be largely sticking with the Status Quo but with the UK no longer an EU member we'll have very little say. And of course thats the...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Three years comes from our governments own press release just over a week ago. In a nutshell the EU & China already have an accepted process for the importing of beef from the EU. EU countries can therefore begin trading as soon as they are cleared by the Chinese. The UK, as we are leaving the...

Bids for McNulty / McNulty to Reading

No players bigger than the club. We've had numerous similar threads on here when various players have left and they were soon forgotten. If he doesn't want to be here let him go. He'll make a few quid, not like he would have ben skint anyway, but there's every chance he won't repeat last...

Bids for McNulty / McNulty to Reading

Certainly won't defend him, or more likely his agent, engineering a move away in this manner but you have to admit it was only a few months ago he was getting booed by some of our fans. No doubt the same ones who will be up in arms about the sale and blaming SISU or Robins.

Hmm....thoughts on this. Stephen Lawrence killer to receive damages

Ridiculous. Maybe they should have thought about the consequences before committing crimes. If they're scared of being around each other how about we lock them up 24/7.

    Fixture clashes....

If they intend to play them on Sundays then why announce them for Saturdays? You would have though given the piss poor state of the pitch since Wasps turned up they would arrange the fixtures so there was only one game at the Ricoh every weekend. Its hardly rocket science to ensure there's no...

    Fixture clashes....

Exactly. Wasps only have to fit in 11 home games with all the free dates at the Ricoh. To have a third of their fixtures clashing is ridiculous. It’s either an incredible level of incompetence from Wasps and whoever arranges the rugby fixtures or it’s been done deliberately.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Britain’s biggest carmaker, Jaguar Land Rover, warned that a hard Brexit would cost £1.2bn a year in trade tariffs and make it unprofitable to remain in the UK. Ralf Speth, JLR chief executive, spoke out ahead of a key meeting on Friday as Theresa May tries to finalise her plans for the UK’s...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Would be nice to see a win and something that could be held up as a clear example of a leave vote benefiting us. In practice how would it work given that the UK has already sold some of its quota to forgiven vessels and how much of the UK catch is for export? Getting in to trade wars isn't...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

You mentioned both of those last week but didn't reply to my question of how they related to leaving the EU? One puts the UK 3 years behind as a result of Brexit and the other benefits a country on the opposite side of the world!

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Of course it would help, they'd be telling us their negotiating position! But its not down to them. We decided to leave, we were told we were taking back control and everyone would be desperate to deal with us as they need us more than we need them. Now the reality is proving to be different...

2018-19 Shirt Launch and Evening with Mark Robins - 29th June

Nice to see. Presume that's across the whole of the FL and not just us? Great either way, try and raise awareness in a demographic likely to keep it to themselves and try and get on with things.

How are either of those related to Brexit? Reading about the beef deal with China it appears the Chinese have been inspecting facilities around Europe since well before the referendum with a view to lifting the ban. The ban has already been lifted in some EU countries and is expected to be...
