No you don't understand court etiquette. No clear winner both engaged in a deal that went sour, both parties contributed to that and their own expenses...both have to bear their own costs and withdraw gracefully.

But if it is key evidence it would have been used as an exhibit by one side or the other.

No he was talking about contract law which is relevant to both cases. You were talking about state aid which is relevant to the JR CCC will argue because SISU broke a contract they were duty bound to protect a public asset. They did this by a process of funding which was legal. SISU...

Does he have to be Grendel? A lot of our courts decisions are made by a jury. Yes they are guided by experts, but not lawyers!
