Match Thread Plymouth Argyle vs. Coventry City Match Thread - Saturday 19th Jan

There's a difference between people asking for changes when we're losing and chasing the game and suggesting its a bad idea to take off a player who is playing well when we're winning. To accommodate the change others players have moved around and now we're being dominated and losing.

Why make the change when we were playing well? Is it decided in advance that JCH is coming on after 60 mins every game?

FFS, all that pressure. Finally go ahead and then let one in.

    CWR Matchday

Doubt they do it for free put its probably not much in the grand scheme of things as they aren't full time CWR employees. I don't mind hearing how other local sides are getting on, saying that wouldn't be bothered if it was stopped.

They are supposedly refurbishing that stand. Surely would be cheaper to knock it down and start again looking at the state its in now.

CCFC are being discussed at Westminster today

Good point, why did Cunningham not ask that especially when there were former councillors present.

CCFC are being discussed at Westminster today

Any publicity welcome but nothing we didn't already know. Think I would sum it up as actions speak louder than words. There was nothing suggested in this meeting that couldn't have already been put in motion so lets see them now move forward with some urgency and get Wasps back to the table...

    Open Meeting about Stewarding

Was hoping to get to this but got stuck at work. Besides what I posted earlier I'd like to know why they've decided at the last couple of matches its a good idea to have a steward stand at the top of the stairs blocking people getting out at the end a game. Was already a bottleneck and its now...

SBT Open Meeting for the Ricoh

I know members of the electorate other than the trust have contacted Jim Cunningham asking if there's any assistance he can provide. Why has Johnson made the assumption that Cunningham speaking about this issue is solely down to himself and the Trust? Its exactly that kind of back slapping that...

SBT Open Meeting for the Ricoh

IMO this issue is amplified by a lack of transparency / communication by the trust. When concerns have been raised, and I think the concerns have some validity, the trust could have chosen to answer the concerns. Instead they take shots at the fanbase, this forum included, with a we're right...

SBT Open Meeting for the Ricoh

The obvious option all round would be a rolling one year deal or the current, or very similar, terms with either side being able to give 12 months notice. Then at some point when all this shit is over something more permanent can be sorted. Boddy has enough to do running a football club...

Maybe the badges are being repossessed

Poll: How long will Trump be President?

And also what sort of details are they handing over in return for lenient sentencing. These aren't hardened criminals for whom a couple of years inside would be nothing. They are people who will do anything they can to avoid ending up inside.

    Players night out

Couple of weeks ago we were being told about unrest in the dressing room and players wanting to leave so great to hear they're all out enjoying themselves. Not like they're out the night before a match.

    Pitch

Well Robins thinks it does. He's said that players are wanting to take an extra touch as they are worried about the ball bobbling and them not getting their shot away. Personally I'd be telling them to shoot anyway and hope for the best but if the manager and players say it is an issue then...
