But the right one never the less!

Tell me why he should keep his job?

Reputation wise.. Yes!... Form over the last 20 games pretty much suggests otherwise!

You're probably right Nick... They've made hundreds.

    Sisu

You have the same thoughts as I do mate. No reason whatsoever for them to still be here. Any normal business would have cut their losses and left, why haven't SISU? I can't put my finger on any reason why they are still here. It's just a "Gut feeling" about them, ever since they took control of...

Yes he signed one in January 2015. but if SISU had offered a further extention at the end of last season instead of halfway through this one, he most probably would have stayed giving the Club a chance to make some money off him in a sale to another Club.

Have you never thought why the likes of Wilson, Maddison, were given extended contracts when making the first team? SISU should have offered Fleck a extention to his contract, last season, not halfway through this. Bad Business by the owners.

Only one entity to blame for Fleck going for nothing at the end of the season... SISU!... We paid a fee for him to Rangers, but won't be recouping a penny when he walks, A la Westwood, Gunnarsson etc.

Say what you like Westley out done Mowbray

I can. We beat Cardiff 3-1 and Dennis Wise scored for us at the Ricoh. Cardiff battered the f**k out of us for the last 5-10 minutes of the 1st half. Then held siege to our goal for the whole of the 2nd half. They hit the post and bar too.

Yes, lack of fitness. Like Cole, he disappears for long periods in a game, doesn't look to want the ball. 3 times he was robbed of the ball in our defensive third of the field against Boro, and CBA to get back. Leaving Vincelot to do the Donkey work in tidying up after his mistakes. All this...

Technically I agree Fleck is the best behind Joe Cole at CCFC, but he rarely shows how good he can be. His biggest letdown always has been his lack of fitness. A underachiever of the highest level. Such a huge waste of talent.

Do you honestly think Rangers fans would welcome him back with open arms after shitting on them and joining us do you?

“He is very vulnerable to injury".... TM is stating that Vlad is vulnerable and NOT generalising. Rupert, you're right, players have been brought in before and made a difference to team performance.

Don't get me started about Fleck! the boy is the biggest flop at CCFC. 3 times on friday he tried to dribble his way out of situations whilst defending and had the ball taken off him and never backtracked, prefering to let Vincelot do the donkey work. He'll be no loss to us IMHO.

Talking about Vlad, TM said this??????....... “You won’t be seeing him for a few weeks unless we get forced to by injuries,” said the City boss, mindful of the vulnerability full-back Martin Lorentzson experienced when he joined mid-term. “I have said in the past that when players come in mid...

    Give TM a chance

Did you watch Wigan tear Swindon a new a**e? I honestly fear for us when we play them. Without any doubt at all Wigan are far and away the best team in this league, and I think they will win the league by 4-5 points.... At least.
