    Breaking- New Consortium Bid

It's their 5th bid. The last four have been said by SISU to not be credible and this one appears to have been treated the same. The 4th bid was said to be worth £20m but it turned out that was mostly promises of payments based on the clubs future success. According to an interview given with...

Its strange how the gaps in some peoples memory seem to align with them managing to 'not know about' anything that doesn't support their point of view.

They haven't answered the taxpayer at all. Any questions posed by the taxpayer get a response of 'commercially confidential' or 'we've been advised not to comment'. Vital meetings took place in private with no record kept. Being answerable to the taxpayer is no the same as being answerable on...

Yes, more than once as I have mentioned on here before. I have yet to get any sort of meaningful answer to any of my questions.

It seems likely the Rugby local plan will be amended. On that basis SISU are going valuing it based on sale for housing. Sky Blues' Ryton housing plan moves a step closer

In that case do you want to buy a contract off me to sell your goods at some events I have scheduled that may or may not happen. You have to pay up front and you don't get anything back if the events never take place ;)

Said that before. Their stance makes no sense and in all likelihood will lead to more legal action. The club moving, ceasing to exist or changing ownership doesn't stop the legals.

    Breaking- New Consortium Bid

WTF are you on about? SISU are a private entity potentially selling assets to another private entity. They will know the value of those assets and appear to want significantly more than the current value. They appear to have no desire to sell and hence haven't put the club up for sale. The...

It doesn't matter if anyone on here thinks their offer was crap or not. Its how it compare to what SISU want. Its not like its a first offer, this is the fifth time round. Any serious bidder by now would be approaching meeting the sellers price or would have walked away. Its clear that an...

I'm not talking about it voiding it, I'm talking about there being a change in the value of the contract and a financial penally for Wasps associated with that. An example. Lets say you're the car park management company. You pay Wasps up front for the rights to run the car park which includes...

Heres one example: https://www.thecaterer.com/articles/530538/delaware-north-wins-20-year-deal-with-coventrys-ricoh-arena There's been a few rumours, on here, social media etc, that a deal has been agreed behind the scenes. Not from any source I'd say was particularly reliable but you never know.

    Breaking- New Consortium Bid

As with anything you are only going to be able to buy it if you offer a price the seller deems acceptable. Saying you don't have to take SISU seriously when they say it is derisory is ridiculous. They are the current owners and it is them alone who will decide if any offer is satisfactory...

All the council have really said is they will do the minimum required of them by law. Maybe go back and have a look at Wasps application for Higgs and see how much assistance the council gave them.
