Not comparable at all. Concerts are seperate events, requiring added costs that opening the jag hall on ccfc match days wouldn't need, but you know that.

on the finances, if something like this hall drew fans in and created revenue for whoever, lets says ACl / Wasps, instead of fans drinking in town etc, why would they charge rent ?. I assume they dont currently charge rent for the bars that are open in the stadium on match day ?

so from a fans point of view it was a success ?
