They don’t help themselves do they? Councils should be open and transparent, CCC seem desperate that nothing is ever questioned, and not just when it relates to CCFC and the Ricoh.

I don't think anyone was expecting him to turn up were they? However that assumes the club have said its OK for him not to come back because as you say he is still a CCFC player at present and under contract.
