Martin is a forced change, Flecks needs to come back in as does JOB, Maddison has earned the shirt. Armstrong needs a rest and maybe Murphy does too. That is what management is about surely?

Sealey was a great player and a great talent when he came through. Was weak on near post corners at the beginning and sometimes weak on crosses. All players have weaknesses even the great ones. people are too keen to have a go at RCC and Burge in my opinion.

JOB doesn't start because of the Cole fixation...despite games going away from us when Cole is on the pitch like Sheffield United and yesterday. I do feel sorry for JOB because he is one of our more consistent players.

Hasn't he been injured in one way or another since 2013? Surely he came here to get match fit not fit? How long are you going to give him? How long has he got to go give us at 34? That is not young for a creative midfielder. I just feel some people are blinded by his status. I would rather...
