They did do an attempt but the club wasn't for sale.
Then the club bought itself out of adminstration.
I would guess we wouldn't see them again unless the club is genuinely for sale or genuinely in adminstration looking for new owners.
But nobody knows so it's a guess.?
Third party litigation only take cases they pretty much know they can win.
Woukd you have assessed this one to be in that bracket?
Like everything you say.
Accept I imagine if we did get new owners and they hadn't had years of conflict with the council and No bad history with Wasps or the Higgs Trust
I guess life might be a bit easier for the football club
Yes you would sell out the Butts even in division 4.
However if you are going to do that for 5?years why hold on to the club it is risk that could cost you money you could sell the golden share and still continue your litigation
I don't argue with this one it is a good point and I don't think Wasps stance re the Ricoh fits the criteria.
It especially wouldn't if we asked for negotiations to restart on the proviso that if a deal is reached the litigation would be dropped.
Back in Northampton?
To sustain the model of self sufficient over there you would need to be out of the league
I don't think even division 4 would cut it on those crowds
