    Brighton in the EFL Trophy

I'm plucking up the courage to arrange a 'family' away day at Chesterfield (my birthday weekend), but not sure how it will go down with 'she who must be obeyed' (a warmer month would have been an easier sell !). Hoping to do this too, now.

He was what I'd hoped he'd be. Made me chuckle, that last tackle before he went off - he was completely knackered - gave it everything today. The goal he set up was even more creditwothy than the one he scored IMHO.

Big thumbs up, based on today. Looked solid - especially as they played the long ball a lot - as had a few big 'uns in their line up.

    Idiots with the whistles

Came on to see if anyone else had thought it. Not sure how much difference it made, but there was a noticeable lull in proceedings following a blast from the crowd, just before their goal. A few round me thought the same. Not helpful for the team in that situation. I agree - give it a rest -...

Their fans seem really sorry to see him go - that'll do for me. And a hard working 100% grafter is something you always want in your team.

Whhhhhhhhhhattttttttttttt ??????? Good result- nobody gave us a chance before the game kicked off. But with xxxxx seconds left, feels like a loss. At least they've put in a shift and shown the right attitude

Match Thread Peterboro. v Coventry Match Thread - Saturday 31st Dec

If we were playing a top level side (Prem etc), being organised wouldn't be enough to get a result 99 times out of 100 with our current group; however, being organised, well set up and with the correct attitude ought to get us something on a fairly regular basis at this level (yes, we will still...

Thought it might be a tactic where Rose won headers and we could feed off knock downs. Especially if we play wingers?

Happy new year to all on Skybluestalk

Yep Good and better health for all on here (Torchy, Houch etc..) and better fortune for our beloved Sky Blues.

    Cian Harries & Ben Stevenson????

Agreed -the difference is all about timing and being canny. If someone can see you are desperate for cash they will offer low, knowing that you will blink first. Play the longer game by not blinking (even if it's not that much longer in reality) and you get more ££££, and can have a more going...

Why start with..... it wouldn't surprise me if these 2 leave and end with ....surely these idiots won't let them leave? You've sort of told the whole story in advance?
