    New Labour Leader

Looks like he's using the Boris Johnson trick and swerving Andrew Neil. He won't be on until 4th March when most votes will have already been cast. Nandy has been getting better with every media appearance. Don't know who is on her team and coaching her but the improvement in just a couple of...

    The Gigs Thread

Booked my tickets for Crash Test Dummies in Manchester. Very excited for this one, 19 years since they last played here. Considering doing the London show as well.

Hope this works out for him. Desperately needs game time and to start banging the goals in.

**ALL USERS READ THIS, ACTION REQUIRED ASAP** - Sky Blues Talk forum statement

Said a long time ago the trust should hammer that angle. The EC investigation will run its course no matter what else happens so what benefit is there for CCFC, Wasps or indeed the local economy for Wasps to continue to refuse us a deal at the Ricoh?

I think it's a fair point to raise if needed. So far in trying to sort out their training ground Wasps have tried getting our academy kicked out of Higgs, broken promises to Old Leamingtonians which led to the Royal Leamington Spa Archery Club (Olympic archers among those who used the...

Got to admit this has had a much bigger impact than I hoped it would. If nothing else its got the indemnity in the media and a CWR presenter to say Wasps kicked us out. Need to keep the spotlight on the indemnity as that is the key thing at the moment. Neil from the trust is now trying to...

    Byng

There's lots of differing opinions on here but the vast majority of posters do actually show an interest in the club and the ones who don't are pretty quickly called out on it. IMO that's very different to someone who spends hours every day searching out people on social media who dare to have...

Been asked for months for info by their own members and nothing. Even claiming they were too busy and would need to be full time to respond. Got this out pretty quickly though didn’t they. Doesn’t really address the issues, if anything it illustrates why people are unhappy with their actions.

    Wasps downward spiral...

I know next to nothing about rugby but figured it was worth a post as its come from people knowledge on the game with contacts at one of the Premiership clubs not mentioned as potential departures. Think the international thing only works if the majority support it. Looking at the three clubs...

    Wasps downward spiral...

Speaking to the guys at my head office today who are rugby nuts they are convinced they're going to jump ship to another league without restrictions in place and that Bath, who apparently have objected to the cap before, and one other (Leicester was mentioned) could join them. Said there would...

Get the impression from posts he made on twitter after his very sudden disappearance that he'd been too critical of certain organisations in the city. He literally disappeared off air overnight.

    Blues Game

Its a he, Paul Cook. Ask any of the stewards at the Ricoh about him and you won't hear many positive things! Some people tried pointing out issues, politely I should add, to him on twitter but his attitude was very much he knows better than everyone else despite the issues being obvious to any...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Good news, our chums in Sunderland have been screwed over. Turns out the promises Johnson made when he was up there on the campaign trail aren't going to be kept throwing fresh doubt over Nissans future there.

    Wasps downward spiral...

According to the rugby fans at my work the other clubs refused to take players off them. As the league also wouldn't allow them to pay off players contracts to get them off the wage bill it was pretty much impossible for them to get under the cap in the period of time allowed.

    Wasps Again

Hard to believe they're the only club doing it, might be the most extreme example but there's no way the other clubs aren't trying to find ways around the cap. Theoretically is there anything to stop them now joining another league? If they joined Pro14 that could have a knock on effect to the...

4th Round vs Birmingham - "thank you" banner

Depends what it includes. £800K including match days costs, hospitality, car park etc isn’t too bad. £800K and then pay for everything else on top is very different. Always the problem when talking about stadium rents, it’s hardly ever comparing like with like.

    Parking at Birmingham Wheels

Wasn’t Wheels only ever a temporary thing until the council decided what they were doing there? Maybe it’s closing because that’s where our new ground will be!!!

    Indemnity Amount

He’s got mixed up with the EFL bond hasn’t he? Think that was £1m but doesn’t have to be paid unless we confirm we are never coming back to Cov so seems more like box ticking from the league.
