Disagree with this. If a player's doing well the way the team is set up has to be part of it unless they've spent a career banging in the goals regardless.
I saw one episode, where they're awaiting the release of an uncle who never turns up. It's very well done, but it would have done a lot better if it was made a decade ago when this kind of comedy was more the thing.
