Its done by Endeavor who also do the NFL, NBA, WWE, UFC and loads of other sports. Might be a bit of a delay but couldn't they just route things to servers in other countries as as they won't have any load when EFL games are being played?

Can you compare country to country anyway? The figures will really be the minimum number of cases and as each country has different levels of testing you aren't comparing like with like.

Player wages will be the problem. Everything else most clubs can probably just about manage, especially if they haven't got the cost of putting games on. Problem is when you get down to L1 and L2 the players won't be able to go just pay us later like they could afford to do in the Prem.
