    Has Fisher Gone?

Has Elephantears Gone? Not heard much from him about the latest news. Is he consulting his lawyer the same as Tim Fisher? Maybe they use the same one?.......

    Has Fisher Gone?

No, CWR were talking to him this morning. He said that he did not want to go on air until he has spoken to his lawyers about an appropriate response. So I guess he is still there.

It's not just about the rent though is it? ACL should not be arbiters of how CCFC should be run but they must have had some major run ins with SISU to be going down this route. They cannot work with the current owners.

Mark Labovitch calls for arbitration in Ricoh row

What would Mr Labovitch say today? The Parliamentary debate was on Tuesday and he has been quoted as saying that the club would be liquidated (Ref Tuesday nights comments at the match). More evidence of SISU spin and then the threats made in other meetings.

Hopefully an end to this endless debate once and for all

I doubt it. The right investor will already have an idea about the potential to develop the area as in the original plan. They will also want to take control of the stadium at some point. The right investor may get concessions along the way. In all of this I think Higgs charity et al will...

SISU have tried so many different ways to manage this situation. But they used divisive tactics and were prepared to liquidate the club. I get your point about the rent prices. But they were the agreed terms before sisu took the business on. Maybe they thought there was potential to...

    Good Luck CCFC

Not my view im sad to say. SISU have put us where we are today. SISU purchased the club and had a business plan. It stalled because they bullied ACL, spotted weaknesses and tried to turn the knife.

Ha, the usual people on the rant again. Grendel, it is about opinions, I hear what you say but don't agree with you. skyblue Taylor..... ..You paying board yet...You will find out what it is like to honour your debts. SISU set this business up to bleed it dry. They wanted the stadium...

    Good Luck CCFC

Thanks for the support. It is a whole can of worms here? A bit more complex than some mismanagement in football. The stadium owners seem to have the supporters interests at heart. It is our owners who have let the fans down. They have milked the club dry. Posting losses all over the place...

Murky and multi layers of SISU. Build up debt. New owners need to invest in the club and the area. The only asset players(Shane Richie) March 22nd SISU in court SISU did not come in to run a football club.
