Not a chance of that happening. There aren't any assets. Baliffs were on site several months ago chasing SISU over other debts and it was realised that there were no assets to recover the debt.

In my view SISU planned to stress ACL. The council thwarted that. SISU saw the vulnerability of ACL and their mortgage commitments and decided to stop paying rent on the strength of it. That is why we are here now.
