    The end of Sisu?

Genuinely don't know. I only heard they were interested 6-12 months before it happened and I stress their interest.

    The end of Sisu?

Cannot see that happening at all. I think they would be glad for us to pay rent if not go it alone.

    The end of Sisu?

It doesn't mean it is their money, just one of their investment funds.

PES 2017 Coventry City Retro Kits

They look great. Although I hated that red swirly one. I always loved the early 70's kit. Blue shirt black collar, black shorts and blue socks. Also the Jimmy Hill 60's kit. The black and green away kit was classic as was the Brazill copy Clarke/Wilson period.

    The end of Sisu?

Most people rent business properties in London, few own them.

    The end of Sisu?

Yes I know that, but Fisher way before that claimed we were debt free and breaking even. Just like Joy had the final say and studied the budget before giving the OK. So the theory it was all Waggotts mis calculation is wrong.

    The end of Sisu?

I didn't word it very well, but there was a strategy change to achieve break even and for the club to stand alone on its own feet.

    Some financial matters

But it is like entrepreneur used to mean business person prepared to take a risk to make money. These days it often means crook/villain/dishonest person with no morals.

"Home maker" sounds like property development/refurbishment/interior design. One off projects rather than lets buil a whole estate.

    The end of Sisu?

Their losses or their investors losses. How much money have SISU invested vs how much money have they invested for other people prepared to take a risk. As suggested those investors have long walked. CCFC now running at break even, at least recently. But I can see that going into nose dive...

    The end of Sisu?

That sounds about right and makes sense.

    Some financial matters

"Extreme"/high risk? Seems appropriate for a hedge fund. Negotiating and sticking to contracts, building business partners not so successful. Also Joy's claim to be a real estate expert seems to be lacking. How many years ago was that director appointed with world wide contacts who was...

    Some financial matters

Never understood this SISU are loaded and Joy is mega rich attitude. SISU had one good year and that was the year before they bought us. Since then there markets have been suppressed. We have seen first hand they are not the most adaptable of business people. In fact I would suggest they are...

    Mowbray out

Not everyone saw Cole coming as a great move. Not everyone thought promotion was nailed on. There was plenty of debate around where the team were actually at. However most people did revel in the high league position (even if it didn't reflect the true story) as it was a breath of fresh air...

Sisu gone on Monday? Yanks are coming!

I hate to spoil the party but aren't the Americans already here? I thought they arrived eight or nine years ago? Mind you that would be about right for Linnell and CWR to pick up on a rumour.
