It doesn't work like that. First come first served for anyone who has 1600+ points. There will never been an allocation that satisfies everyone. If you miss out then you weren't quick enough.

Nonsense. This will never happen due to different allocations at different grounds. Oxford has a smaller allocation than Derby for example. Not everyone is going to get a ticket. There will always be some that cry about it on here and Twitter though. "It isn't fair..." is probably their motto...
