You might find the stadium plan also works in our favour. As if it goes CCFC way means we have even more negotiation points. as we won't need a long rental deal. The price of the Ricoh drops even more if we have our own plans in place.

Wasps posted a pic of the pitch today. Looks ok. But doesn't look that flat. Looks like it dips behind the closest posts. Its not been cut very well

Someone posted some recent pictures on Facebook a week or so ago. Did look very dilapidated. The white polls like slightly rusty and place needs a good paint and jet wash.
