Not going to get carried away with this. Best start for some time and not in the mood to celebrate. Not a penny more. (Ok, maybe if at the Ricoh?). SIsu out.

    "Jimmy Hillers". Stay away

Not a journey more. There must be a better way. Why waste money going there.

If someone steals from you ?

A lot of people from the 60's and 70's fanbase will have decided not to go now. Better to have the memories. They may of course fancy a final fling with a new club. Crowds of 7000 at the Ricoh will be the norm unless the marketing people encourage a new fan base.

The more it makes me feel angry. Hurt makes the soul grow stronger in the long run. Do you really want to give in to SISU? The people at Sixfields have less resolve and will find it hard to go on a wet October Tuesday or Wednesday. No winners in this stupid game.

    Yesterday really got to me...

The future is shite. Coventry will have to start a new club. In there being any new club there may be a tide of optimism amongst the younger generations but we also have the spectre of the people over 70 deciding to stay at home on matchdays.

the new stadium site area - here it is

Sorry, not sure where you mean? Are you talking J2 of M6? or A444 Griff Island?

    fisher on CWR now

I have a cunning plan....leave the West Midlands and return to Warwickshire. Or The County of City of Coventry like it used to be. Timmy would have the County Council to deal with.

Bristol fan's view of the 'home' game.

Anyone who wants the short report - see last year's home games against Burnley and Blackburn. Sixfields was an OK lower league ground. City fans had the East stand and a section of the North stand. Pretty good turn out from City. The Coventry fans were pretty much all in the Grandstand. I...

    In 48 Hours.....

For me, I would have never stopped supporting the club. Albeit that I could have taken a break from the rubbish served up occasionally. In the blood. I never thought the club would leave me. That makes a difference. I will not go until SISU leave. Full stop. I will unite with others who...

Coventry attendance at Sixfields ‘to be smallest in league history’

And insecurity. Naively holding on to their comfort blankets.

    Who wants Quinny there sunday?

I had one of his beef burgers once. Very lean and tasted different somehow?

Suggestion from a Villa fan (not taking the p*ss)

I got beaten in by Villa on our KOP. Before you ask......2-2 I was a 14 year old kid in Sky Blue. The Villa fan(S) at least 8 of them, asked what team I supported. Thugs. Thanks for your interest. I think I have just about forgotten about the trauma of that game. Still haven't taken up...

Best game you've ever been too

Norwich at home. 77? won 5-4. Last minute penalty save from Blyth. 3 penalties scored by the teams, early goal set the game in motion. Did Wallace score an overhead kick that day? Not sure. Forgot about the disallowed goals as well....2 for city 1 for Norwich?....Truly memorable. West...

The Only Way to get rid of SISU

Yes, I removed mine, in years gone by we would have played around with the OP. But, times have changed.

How much more is there to take ??

Or form another club. This affinity with CCFC and the legacy of football in Coventry are two different things in my view. We should be proud of our achievements since 1883 but now is the time to rid ourselves of SISU. This may require us starting afresh but the record books will always point...

    Starve them Out !

Hmm, maybe you have gone off on a tangent there? We can put a special thread on off topic chat if you like.

    Starve them Out !

They would go at the end of their contracts anyway. Plus SISU have the Broad Street 5 as well. The longer they all hang on the better it is for us in terms of starving SISU of funds. This could of course be part of the debt that they have written off in their having to pay football creditors...

    Starve them Out !

Maybe SISU are trying to find a way of stressing the Cobblers?

    Next Sunday....

Staying away from sixfields. Anyone who goes near that place is wasting petrol, can join together at the Richoh.
