Its not like in previous years when we had players like murphy and armstrong keeping out our kids as they were far better, this season, we are forking out for players like wright when we have our own kids like Thomas who cant do any worse

You don't win anything with kids

So a squad with 3 over the average age and one over the hill. 3 of the 4 on the bench. Gad doesn't have experience of this league and was always a punt. Reid has been a let down. KC was raving about him and we are soon to lose McCann

You don't win anything with kids

average age of a prem league winning team is 27. I cant believe league one is too far from that age as well Did we have anyone other than McCann over 27 in our last game ? We don't have the experience to compete in league one

You don't win anything with kids

would Haynes, DKE and Thomas be any worse than Page, Sterry and Wright ? Why are we developing other clubs kids if they aren't better than what we have ?

Match Thread Southend v Coventry Match Thread - Saturday 10th Dec

i'd just play him on the left, let him try and beat his defender for pace and make the opposition have to double up on him and free up space elsewhere. At the moment, they just push him in inside, straight into the CM's and he loses the ball

If they announced the "programme of protest" in theory it would tick all boxes If they said "Sheff utd was a stay away and sing at the statue", next home game was a pack the place and sing Sky Blues Song, next was to gather outside bricks and clean them up, etc etc, people may decide to get...

Match Thread Coventry v Sheff Utd Match Thread - Thursday 15th Dec

"My prediction: some half-arsed protest by two or three Cov fans" spot on. We should be united in our protest and we aren't. If Sheff Utd fans genuinely thought we would be storming the pitch and the game would be abandoned, they wouldn't be going. Reality is, one or two will do it (if any at...

Ha. No where near.Been out all season, not anywhere near match fit and out of contract in the summer. if we got £500k for him i'd be surprised. More than likely he will wind his contract down and end somewhere like Rotherham
