David Cross - was at the Burnley game (final game of the season) and one of our friends got carted off to Blackpool police station for barking at a police dog! Released him at the end of the night, but detained his mate who went in the police station to ask for his release!!
Southend and Bradford away were comfortable wins. Wycombe never troubled us.
Charlton we could have lost and Donny was a game of 2 halves.
Never really close to 5 defeats?
I agree - much more balanced/more options and ability to cope with injuries/suspensions etc.
Also have Ponticelli, Camwell and one or two others who are improving and will be in the mix in a season or so Burroughs, Ngandu (fan!)
Fair enough, perhaps it was Maitland-Niles !!
Edit: Having seen the Arsenal line up on Twitter, it can only have been John-Jules (I should have gone to Specsavers!!)
On this day (November 7th) in 1987,John Sillett‘s Sky Blues were a mid table side in Division One but came a cropper at Oxford United in front of 7,856
Shows what crowds were like in the 'old' top division !!
Ok . Wouldn't pick him until he has some U23 time in his legs (although if MR says ok, then fine by me). As a side note CWR said earlier that Derby have given permission for Thomas to play!! Good news!
