    Last 17 games

I agree this season "could" still be a catastrophe... but i think we are quite a way off that, last time i checked we're still in the top half of the table even with our bad run! I'm just suggesting that some on here appear to think if we miss the playoffs/don't get promoted/don't finish top...

    Last 17 games

Last time we were in this league we finished on a mighty 39 points. With 15 games to go (almost a third of a season) we already have more points. Some people have a very short memory, this is not as much of a catastrophe as a lot are making out!

    The "Highlights"

I think that Chaplin needs to be dropped for a game but based on what others have just said about results had a quick look at form with and without him... 8 games not started (first 6 when not signed and then Pompy ineligible and he didn't start against Luton, effectively only dropped once!) 22...

    Burge

Agree with the system comment but unsure that's the only issue. We can't say we haven't created chances...we can say the strikers we have couldn't put them away though! Blackpool alone we should have had 2 goals, crap system or not. we had 13 shots to Blackpools 3 Plymouth 13 shots to their 21...

    Burge

this..... in terms of priorities, strikers (probably more than 1) are far more required than a GK at the moment - I dont believe Burge would stop us getting the play offs - scoring no goals most certainly will. We have bigger issues than Burge

    Luton away on TV

Very much worth a skysports day pass that to be fair!

    Jodi Jones

Watching MOTD on Saturday and Shearer was talking about Wilson and said he had 2 knee injuries as well. Claimed it didnt affect him until he was in his 30s when he lost a yard of pace. I remember him doing his ACL once but don't remember the other! I know everyone is different it was just the...

    Open Meeting about Stewarding

Must admit thought they'd stopped this? My ticket hasn't been checked in block 20 this season at all at the top of the stairs

    Players night out

haha didn't realise it was him that started it, i heard it from someone and didn't know where it started tbh. I don't believe it to be true, as Nick said, we would probably have heard more formally by now if true

Also heard drink driving rumours... but no idea how true!

Match Thread Plymouth Argyle vs. Coventry City Match Thread - Saturday 19th Jan

Same starting line up as Wimbledon but JCH for Chaplin for me. I think we need to be more "scrappy" and JCH gives us that, and Hiwula looks more dangerous than Chaplin (even after considering whatever he was doing at the end of Wimbledon game!)

    Burge, Willis and Davies

I'd be surprised if we keep both Davies and Willis and i think we should be expecting to lose one of them anyway (contract up or not) As for Burge, i think Robins needs to get him signed up, we have no other keeper anywhere near as good, and i think it would be harder to replace Burge for the...

Match Thread Coventry City vs. Charlton Athletic Match Thread - Wednesday 26th Dec

Hopeful to sneak a 1.0 win but can't see where our goals are coming from... fingers crossed for a lucky set piece or peno... Don't know if I've missed it but anyone know how long Doyle is out for? Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk

    U23 v Millwall

Well they've equalised so think we're already "Ponticelli 1.1" (obviously just an upgrade and not a full new release to warrant 2.0)

Traffic and speed cameras - For or against?

Don't disagree and i think using the roads is a privilege and not a right, i wouldn't be against a retest every 5 years (probably not practical though!) Not sure what can be done about the 17-24 age group to be honest, i think its just an immaturity that can't be taught!

Traffic and speed cameras - For or against?

Making people do retests i think needs to be up there as well. The thought that there are people out there driving that learnt to drive over 50 years ago is terrifying! My local favourite junction at the minute is the Leamington Road and Kenilworth road junction just down from Henry's school...

    public toilet hygiene

Ah yes - the ones that go in the "exit" because the queue for the entrance is too big... The queue being too big because people are having to squeeze past those trying to come in the exit...sure is annoying!

    Pitch Invasion

Maybe just a case of playing up in front of his mates then... we did find it amusing though!!! Never known a steward to drag somebody onto the pitch before ha! Hopefully nothing too bad to the knee but like you say, might keep him in his seat in future! Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk

    Pitch Invasion

There appeared to be a lot of ar*eholes (15/16 year olds who had got hold of some beer) around Saturday and agree that the celebration was just over the top and pathetic. The best part of the day was about 15 minutes after the "pitch invasion" a young tw*t who had disappeared came hobbling back...
