    Today's Games

Unlikely. But if we win tomorrow, then upset The Mackems, it would become interesting. I'm just enjoying our season. It's been good, especially away !

If the current ruling party got trounced as a result of CCFC fans influence, it would make all councillors nervous about taking any anti-CCFC stance in the future.

    CWR tonight

Don't want us to move, but I will go this time (didn't to Northampton). A lot of this comes from having got involved in the l&wccfc supporters group, which has been a really positive experience. Don't want to lose my rekindled love/support of the team. Don't want to see a return to any division...

    Cllr GGeorge Duggins

I'd like to think it was as simple as that - I suspect that there would be a lot of other 'support' that SISU would ;request' (find us a hotel chain, mega store etc to help fund it - build us some access roads etc (who pays?) which takes time, money, resources (City Council's))

    Cllr GGeorge Duggins

The trouble is that (like a cross section of our populace) some of the key players will be West Ham supporters, fans of Scottish clubs, Manchester United etc. Their handling of these matters will not be influenced by any great love of our football team, nor any desire to do anything possible to...

JCH - did we really misjudge him ?

Bobbly pitch and he'll be putting it in Row Z on Sunday - only worry is hope Sterling has a better game than he did at Barnsley, as he'll be the one likely marking him.

    Woodlands

If we all agreed a date, turned up with shovels and started digging - we could claim squatters rights. In all seriousness though, it would be great for a suitable venue to be found.

    Woodlands

Just like to say I scored a worldy at Woodlands, about 12 years ago, playing for Sidney Stringer staff (as a guest). Meggsed a Woodlands yoof on the touchline at half way and hit it first time in the top corner (it may have been a cross to the far post - but nobody will ever be able to prove it!)

    WASPS/CCC/SISU/SBT

For me, the smartest move by any of them, would be for Wasps to offer a deal, but make it public (e.g. 3 years, no rent increase, or just plus inflation) They know the legals are here and not going away, and know CCFC have alternatives, so may as well take the rent, regardless. That will put...
