Really hope he joins us, but to be honest I think we have little chance. Someone in The Championship will offer him/Wolves several times what we can, and the fact that he has loved it here will count for very little. Happy to be completely wrong (obviously!)

    Ajax

I'm a huge Messi fan, but I have a horrible feeling that Liverpool will beat them over 2 legs. As an aside, watching Liverpool fans pushing people/Japanese tourists into fountains, then p*ssing themselves laughing was plain embarrassing (blokes in their 50s/60s doing it)

    Ajax

I think he is a good player who has gone badly off the boil for some time. Don't like his personality and leaves his foot in, when his questionable temperament kicks in. He used to be a shoe in for the England midfield, but a number of players seem to have caught him up recently.

    Our Best Ever Keeper ?

Jim Blyth - carried off the pitch on supporters shoulders (IIRC) after letting in 4! Saved a last minute penalty when we beat Norwich 5-4 many a Boxing Day ago!

Drysdale did look good exploiting any space in front of him to bring the ball out. He'll also give fans a few heart attacks doing it, as the quicker forwards realise he's going to do it! Looks a bit Bambi like with gangly legs - hopefully develops and looked promising last night against decent...

Gave it their all, and can be proud of that effort against good players.

Think tired legs may lead to a red in ET

The two with grey beards are, plus the lad Jack Charlton at the back.
