I agree with that but I dont see Allen, Pask and even Shipley as bomb squad because they can do a job off the bench or the odd 90 minutes. You do need those type of squad players. In an ideal world yes replace - but as yet nobody is showing interest. If a club made an offer tomorrow I am sure...
