    Dilieu Resigns!

Quality. This deserves it's own "suggest a nickname before anyone even arrives in the job" thread.

ACL & Council reactions to Brody and Board

What does the rental figure actually include? Expenses could be accounted for by the income from all the food etc sold during the game maybe? So they have to clear £26K profit 25 days a season just to stand still profit wise? Whatever the figures, if depends which way you want to sell it...

ACL & Council reactions to Brody and Board

Didn't somebody on here show the figures for the Ricoh recently? I seem to recall that the last set of figures showed they would have made a loss without the CCFC income, or is that me dreaming it?

    Brody says...

The Brody statement followed by the board statement are both just "positioning" statements for when they eventually do meet to discuss purchasing 1/2 of the Ricoh, with the hope that it will also bring fans pressure onto the council hence smoothing the way for Sisu. Obvious Corporate...

Hoffman - CCFC could go into administration or SISU could get rid of more players

I don't think SISU are posturing, as they didn't want anything to be public about this (as has been their remit since they took us over) so all the posturing is down to Hoffman. That concerns me. Currently, there is no bid for SISU to consider, and frankly, if I received a bid for my business...

new investment - maybe not all doom and gloom

Gazza heard a rumour, posted it, and asked if anyone else had heard it. Seems reasonable to me.

Did we talk about the board or investment in the 70s/80s?

Did anyone at the time think he was capable of that though? He was a good midfielder for sure, but that good?

    Massive CET News

Who is this covteled that made out this was going to be the biggest story since we moved to the Ricoh? Is he a junior reporter at the telegraph? He clearly does not understand that big news to him = non-news to us as it seems he is still trying to justify this story meriting the "big news" tag...

Did we talk about the board or investment in the 70s/80s?

I'm sure it wasn't, and the talk in the pub after the match probably wasn't an accurate reflection on what actually happened. It's the way myths are born isnt it? :D

Did we talk about the board or investment in the 70s/80s?

The talk was about the team, the result and....how we defended the west end from all the "invaders". :)

    Big news ??

Hackers, i expected better of you than that. It's a newspaper, and bad news sells more than good news generally, so it wouldn't suprpise me in the slightest. If it is, people will soon forget this build up, and, if you read the words in the twitter account, it could read either way. (unless...

    Big news ??

We've had a lot of "big news" since moving to the Ricoh, so what can be bigger than being taken over once, hiring a new manager, ranson leaving, fletcher leaving etc etc? Being taken over again wouldnt hack it, unless it's a super billionaire, but we havent done admin yet, so that has to be the...
