I had a great chat with someone from Cope , they’ve given me coping strategies to use and that they felt I didn’t need therapy and above all they said i need to make time for myself

I can recommend The socially distant sports bar podcasts with Elis James, Mike Bubbins and Steffano Garrero
Basically they chose a sporting moment, sports documentary and book each I’ve only listened to the first 3 podcasts but thy are really good
Done my 5 miles at 07:30 this morning no beer last night and early to bed . Might change the route again soon . I always said that 5 miles would be enough but I’m tempted to add a bit more
I already thought this would be a season of consolidation, so finishing 4th from bottom would be enough for me. Frustratingly with a bit of intelligent game play and maturity we could be top half.
