I think this is where the dinosaur in me comes out. I don t want a day out, just a couple of hours at the match

Bye Coventry thanks for the memories

Misunderstood you obviously. So we would get nearly 10000 more against these teams now we are at the ricoh than when we were at HR. possible in the first novelty season but don t reckon it would continue. Besides these extra attendees may well be interested on lookers rather than real city fans

    CCFC's Lowest ebb ?

    CCFC's Lowest ebb ?

Surely you must have worked out that these are football day trippers by now. You can never say that these folks should be here against stevenage because they never would be. A lot only perhaps have a infrequent interest in football full stop

Ever sat there and thought "I could easily play for this club.."

I played football at university. We were pretty handy but once in a while we would play a local non league side. The difference in ability was huge. City may be poor but only in relation to their professional opponents

    Time for coffee

Well even given my natural pessimism I had high hopes for this year. Maybe it was denial that CCFC could struggle in the third tier. I also thought that some of our players would find their level here. But in answer to your question then sadly yes I have changed my mind and actually feel our...

    Everybody Calm Down

Fair point. My problem is that I dont take games in isolation anymore. Sadly my passion is virtually gone. I guess it's a natural progression. It wouldn't take a lot for it to come back. Maybe 10 barnstorming home games a year ( win or lose ) an exciting goal scorer perhaps, but ultimately just...

Totally agree with this. The one bright spark

    Everybody Calm Down

Mark your attitude is admirable. Personally my interest waning is not to do with today, or last week or last season. It's 30 years of the same old nothing. I ve heard that it will get better so many times and it doesn t. I think I can be excused for being cynical. Perhaps it's time I left it to...

It's as bad as I ve ever seen. Question. What is our level? What league can we dominate
