    If you're actually willing to drop the service and leave it must come through in your voice, there have been times I've been angling for a sweet deal and never got it but was quite happy this time to ditch the lot and just get one of those Freeview HDR boxes instead.

    Obviously this is just anecdotal but while I've heard of far more people getting it than ever in the last month or so I've heard no horror stories along with it, whereas by comparison last year there were two people in my team at work alone who had to go to hospital because of it.
