Why does being quiet make you think they are more guilty? I find that a strange thing to say. JS & TF have stated they have moved on from the Ricoh. If they want to come back, then isn't it up to them to re-instigate a discussion? So, no need for them to contact ACL/CCC or vice verca.

With all the work that will be going on at the Toll Bar Island for the next few years, I would suggest a village on the south side. Ryton, Baginton, Bubbenhall etc. All very close to the airport without the need to get stuck in the mass of traffic that's going to be clogging up that island...

Agree NW, except I think that "what it is" is a continuation of SISU"s long term goal to get the Ricoh. This plan has continued for quite some time now, and had many on here writing post after post about the rent "issue" when it has never been about that IMO. I expect them to buy some land soon...
