I think the club were responsible for it before, but not sure now, there are that many parties involved. I would think its the responsibility now of the land leaseholder which is Wasps/ACL, so its postive they are tidying it up, but its just part of the lease which they should be doing anyway...

I still think Mick Fergusons return to the club on loan slightly betters that, scoring for us in a game that ulimately sent himself and the Blues down, now that was dedication to the loan cause!
