I think there could have been many "smoking guns" if ever the dealings between CCFC Ltd & CCFC H somehow went to court..... It's a shame that KCIC's backers couldn't use all that dosh they were happy to show proof of, on suing SISU in some way shape or form to get those accounts into the open...
