Has seeing the lads play made you more or less optimistic about the season

Granted, but we have probably had one of the highest turnover of players.

Has seeing the lads play made you more or less optimistic about the season

Not if you lose the spine of the team. We’re not the only ones spending money in this league.

I’m sorry you watched Wright today and drew the conclusion that he is dogshit?

If we have serious ambition to get promoted you cannot sell your best players to teams in the same league. Absolutely cannot happen. You saw today that with him in our team, we are going to be up there and could even challenge for autos.

He will go to PL or run down his contract. Not a chance he goes to another team in championship, surely.

Would love an absolute shithouse like Reda Johnson was.

It’s clear that you would put your career ahead of your kids you mean?

    Hamer

Well clearly not. If Hamer has his heart set on going back to NL then unless a club from there meets our valuation he won’t be going until his contract is up. He’s free to talk to them from January, that’s because of a rule called the Bosman rule, in case you didn’t know.

It’s hysterical that people are comparing the two.

Plus parking, security and then travel to wherever in NL you need to go.

Do you know how contracts work?

    Hamer

No disrespect, but you’re probably not on £20k a week and so the difference in money becomes less important. And I don’t know what women you have in your life but most mothers promote a healthy relationship with their kids and will let them see them pretty much when they please.

My days, but if you could something about it then you would no? No parent would choose to do that if there were viable alternatives on offer.

Are you saying that living in say Kent and working in Cov is the same as Holland and Cov?
  16. SHUNT31

    Hamer

Well it’s certainly not the norm to be in another country to your kids is it? If he plays in Holland, he can see his kid pretty much when he likes. If he’s playing for us he will be able to go once a week at most during regular game weeks.

Is your opinion…. If he leaves on a free and signs for another English club then you could say this is correct.
  18. SHUNT31

    Hamer

Is it not more likely the fact that he will only see his son once a week at best during the season that is the issue here, not the travelling.

    Hamer

Again, I never said it was? Just like you saying it’s nonsense, this is purely my opinion on the situation based on some info that an ITK (Sometimes questionable) had posted.

I’m not sure where you got that I was coming from our perspective. My comment on family comes before football was clearly from his perspective and something you cannot begrudge him for.
