That whole area from M6 at keresley down to Allseley will probably get built up , the green belt lobby are loosing the battle I think. People would moan about the stadium being out there , as they moan about the Ricoh being to remote.

That would be about same distance from city centre as Ricoh, but more rural a lot of green fields between there and city centre. Mind you can see that area being swallowed up and built on in next 20 years or so.
