If I issue a winding up order against a company that owes me money, and the Telegraph reports on it in the same way, and then the Company subsequently pays up... was the report BS, or a factual representation of what could happen? Of course it was never going to result in being wound up, but...

Well, that depends.... The SCG Meeting was on 5th March, and this was in the minutes... So, he had been very clear at a SAG meeting that talks with RBC had happened.. I don't know when that meeting was held, but clearly there was only days for the meeting with RBC, and then the SAG, for it...

I never said I didn't see it, or occasionally involved too, I said I don't recall worrying about it. It just never entered my mind when going "up the town" only when something actually occurred. Even then, you'd be back up there the next night. Sad if it is getting as bad now though

Agreed, he is in the wrong. It's true, Top Gear will not be the same without him, but no doubt a similar type of show will pop up soon enough.... Sympathy not required here, move on.. :)
