I use SIS stuff as well and would recommend it. I use their Rego recovery shakes, and the Go Hydration and have always found them good products. Also used their Go Energy drinks which are good. Tried My Protein as well, they did a low calorie protein shake which was ok as well.

Forget the cost, its the quality. With the injuries I have had when I used to road run, a good pair of trainers made an enormous difference.
