Yet now he is a director of his own company that is listed as "Development of building projects" & another one that is " Construction of commercial buildings"

The bond holders have raised nearly 21k for legal. Not a huge amount. But more than I expected

I dont think it's irrelevant. Not sure it's worth. But is interesting that Richardson has very strong ties to Hottinger. in late August he becomes a director of ACL. Then it looks like CCC have been talking with both him and Hottinger.

remember Ashely was looking to refinance the bonds so he would have spoken to Richardson and wasps way before them going in to Admin.

The way Reeves mentioned his 4 pillars that a buyer needs to meet. One being regen. Sounds ike CCC have a plan for the area. But id not be surprised if some of the grants are for things at the arena again. More waste of public money on a privately owed venue

Im calling it now. What's the bet if Ashley gets his hands on it. A load of grants for regeneration in that arena become available by CCC
