What they stand to gain in rent / f&b is a drop in the ocean compared to what they stand to lose if the court case goes south. As already shown , isnt their priority is to end all litigation ?

On your point, personally I could cope with 10 years away as logistically it doesn’t matter to me where we play but we will be at a disadvantage not having home games with a partisan crowd. I couldn’t cope with a name change or perm move out of cov though, but that said, 10 years is pretty perm...

its a great attitude and almost the same as mine. My concern is we can get away with this when we are lower league, but home advantage is a key factor in majority of leagues, especially the higher ones and having aspirations of competing in the championship, if we aren't playing at "home" there...
