"Offloading" or "getting rid" of a player is not straightforward or easy. Something called contracts get in the way!! Mutual consent can allow players to leave but that still often involves players taking some sort of pay out from the club. There has to be someone willing to take on a player in...

Schools have had to have a rethink. Numbers of kids in have been high due to the key worker/critical worker criteria widening. Point of closing schools was to reduce spread, still having loads of kids in doesn't do much. Trying to reduce numbers on site includes staff - more kids in means more...
