From memory, a ten second stop/go, so realistically, including the time on the pit limiter, that equates to about 30/35 seconds. Which was then somewhat offset anyway because Lewis had an issue with his headrest and had to pit to have it fixed.
3 penalty points for Max. Puts him on 11 for the twelve month period, one away from an automatic ban. Honestly, I don't think he could have any argument if they'd given him twelve in one go today.
Clinically smooth agian from Piastri, whereas Lando did a Lando on his final lap...
Piastri reminds me quite a bit of Raikkonen in his McLaren stint, not only blisteringly fast, but so calm with it you'd think his veins have ice flowing through them.
How has Ricky Adami managed to fraud his way as a race engineer for so long? He's absolutely screwed Lewis over there.
Genuinely, the bloke is a proper symptom of Ferrari's ingrained incompetence.
Had to laugh during FP1, when he was saying the car basically felt like turds after the Stroll incident, and yet he was still fastest!
Race sim looked good, but with the mandatory two stop, we're in unknown territory.
Mind you, even as a McLaren fan, the social media is hilarious. Half the comments slamming the team for taking too long to let Norris go, the other half slamming them for screwing Piastri over by letting Norris go.....
Good grief, it's toxic 😂
