That’s a lot of carbs if you want to lose weight. I would look at avoiding rice when possible and maybe trying yoghurt for breakfast. Fruit isn’t actually that good for weight loss. A salad would be better. Rather than snacking on fruit it would be better to snack on nuts.
Exactly. Find an area and stand in it. If you want to stand in a certain spot get there early. Should be unreserved at all away games. Although saying that, I never sat in my season ticket seat at the Ricoh and haven’t at St Andrews
But have since proven that they belong lower than their alphabetical standing. I think it’s obvious we’ve had an easier start than most. I’m still delighted with our points total and you can only beat what’s in front of you. People are right to be cautious though.
